Founded in 1982, Majestic Realtors is the brainchild of Richard Aguilar. Mr. Aguilar has been working in the El Paso real estate scene for over 20 years and has played a significant role in the continued development of El Paso and the surrounding areas. In 1985, Richard was joined by Mike Yardeni as a partner in Majestic Realtors. Currently, in addition to Majestic, Mr. Aguilar and Mr. Yardeni are majority partners in Capital Bank, Bella Homes and EPT Land Development. Their portfolios span the region and have positioned them at the heart of the exciting growth facing El Paso today.
Richard began his career in real estate in 1978 after serving his country as a military police officer. Initially as a realtor, he opened Majestic after working with 2 firms prior to that.
Mike opened Yardeni Realty in 1972, starting his career in Real Estate and establishing a history of excellence.
With Richard and Mike’s combined experience of over 55 years, Majestic has rapidly grown and has established itself as a confident and significant source for El Pasoans looking for their next homes.
Today, Majestic has multiple agents with listings that span the city. Majestic employs the most efficient and effective technology when it comes to listing properties, but has never abandoned good old quality face-to-face customer service and hard work as our founding principles.
